Step 2: To start the process, hit the Uninstall button in the upper right corner. Then select the Uninstall tab and find Adobe desktop app there. I'm pretty busy at the moment but I'll try to track down a few links to solving problems with ''automatic (remembered) account logins under Windows 10". Go to the Tools section of the main menu. While it is usually easy, it can be overwhelming in some cases when Adobe Creative Cloud won’t uninstall it no matter what they do.

The same goes for uninstalling such apps.

My only point is that (unknowing) changes to Windows 10 settings/preferences are perhaps something to consider rather than either the apps or the account. In order to install Creative Cloud apps, you will have to spend some effort into it. I don't mean to imply that the cause of your Adobe account problems is the same as my 'Hotmail' account problems.

What I do remember was that the 'cause' of the problem wasn't the Outlook app or my Hotmail app but some Windows 10 setting/preference for 'remembering' log-in details for certain accounts.

ZSimply because they too more time than just typing in my password (again). Up until now, I've given up too soon on implementing the recommended solutions. From time to time, I've googled the cause and solution for the problem that Outlook no longer remembers my password across 'shutdown/restarts'. Since I usually use the Laptop 'sleep' option rather than 'shutdown', I don't have to retype my Hotmail password too often. Then I somehow 'did something' - I don't even know what - which resulted in Microsoft asking me to type in my 'Hotmail password' each time I restarted Outlook following a Laptop 'restart''. Until about a year ago, I just started up Outlook wich would then automatically log in to and synchronize with all three email accounts. I configure Outlook for my main personal email account and also for 2 'legacy'' accounts (Hotmail and GMail) under which I'm still registered at a couple of websites. I've had a ''Microsoft 365' subscription (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) for years so Outlook is my email app. I've never experienced this with my Adobe CC subscriptions (LR& PS) but I have experienced something similar with my Microsoft 'Hotmail'' account.
